These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and use of vouchers issued by Ibijoke Children Foundation UK. By purchasing or using our vouchers, you agree to the following:
1. Purpose of Vouchers
Community Support Vouchers are provided to assist individuals and families experiencing financial hardship.
Vouchers may be distributed through:
- Approved agencies, organisations, and partners
- Individuals supporting friends, family members, or community members (e.g., church members) in need
2. Voucher Usage
- Redeemable only for food and essential toiletries
- Toiletries include items such as soap, toothpaste, shampoo, and other personal hygiene products
- May include culturally appropriate food options, including Afro-Caribbean food
- Must be redeemed at designated locations operated by Ibijoke Children Foundation UK
3. Non-Cash Policy
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash
- No change or cash alternative will be provided
- Hold no monetary value outside this programme
4. Non-Transferability
- Vouchers are non-transferable
- Must be used for the intended beneficiary
- Misuse may result in refusal of redemption
5. Purchase Eligibility
Voucher purchases are intended for:
- Registered agencies
- Charities
- Schools
- Local authorities
- NHS organisations and healthcare providers
- Housing associations
- Partner organisations
- Individuals purchasing vouchers for friends, family, or community members experiencing financial hardship
Ibijoke Children Foundation UK reserves the right to verify purchaser details and decline or cancel orders where necessary.
6. Payment & Issuance
- Purchase online or in person at our centre
- Issued digitally (via email) or physically (if in person)
- Orders processed on payment receipt or invoice confirmation
7. Bulk Purchases & Invoices
- Invoice requests available for bulk purchases
- Payment terms agreed prior to voucher issuance
- Vouchers may be withheld until payment is received
8. Expiry & Validity
- Vouchers may have an expiry date
- Expired vouchers will not be accepted
- Purchasers are responsible for timely distribution and use
9. Loss, Theft or Damage
- Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers will not be replaced
- Ibijoke Children Foundation UK is not liable for unauthorised use
10. Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse redemption in cases of misuse or suspected fraud
- Decline purchase requests not meeting eligibility criteria
- Amend, suspend, or withdraw the scheme at any time
11. Safeguarding & Responsible Use
- Must be used to support individuals or families with genuine need
- Organisations and individuals distributing vouchers expected to act responsibly
- Abuse, resale, or exploitation may result in withdrawal from the scheme
12. Data Protection
- Data handled in accordance with UK GDPR
- Used only for processing purchases, communication, and service delivery
13. Limitation of Liability
- Not liable for misuse by third parties
- Not liable if vouchers are not redeemed
- Not liable for indirect or consequential loss
14. Changes to Terms
